Frequently asked questions
Do our guests need an app?
No. imiji runs in the browser on any phone, tablet and computer. If they like, guests can add imiji to their home screen with two taps, just like an app.
What does imiji cost for guests?
Nothing. The guest account is free and never expires. Only people who create their own albums and need more than the free plan pay.
How do guests get into our album?
With a QR code or a link. Viewing works straight away. To join in, guests sign in with their imiji account. Anyone who would rather not register can join with a magic link sent by email.
Who sees our pictures?
Only invited guests. You can appoint admins, block or remove guests and close access to the album. We never sell data and never show ads.
Can we upload videos too?
Yes. Every package includes 10 minutes of video, and you can add another 60 minutes whenever you need them.
What happens when our package expires?
We remind you by email in good time: two weeks and one week before, on the day it expires and twice more afterwards. After it expires you have three weeks to extend your package or download your pictures, as long as your data volume lasts. After that the pictures are deleted.
